Read one page a day from your area of interest. You can read a lot. Put a "I've got it! Put a sticker on the page. Then, draw a line where you think it is interesting. Give quizzes to adults. If there is no quiz, think of one, and explain it briefly in about a minute. If you can explain it to someone, the knowledge is completely yours!
